What comes with the 10x10 custom canopy tent?
Every 10x10 ships with the printed canopy, 40mm hex aluminum frame with a lifetime warranty, deluxe roller bag, ropes, and stakes. Side walls and half walls are add-ons you pick during checkout.
Does the frame have a warranty?
Yes. The 40mm hex aluminum frame has a lifetime warranty. If something goes wrong, contact our team and we'll sort it out.
Can I order the canopy without the frame?
Yes. Pick the canopy-only option if you have a compatible 10x10 frame already and just need a printed replacement top. For non-MVP frames, contact us with your tent brand and model before ordering and we'll verify compatibility.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. Once we have your artwork, we send a digital proof before anything goes to print. Approve it or ask for changes. Nothing runs until you sign off.
Do you charge extra for multiple colors or complex artwork?
No. Full-color dye sublimation printing is included at no extra cost. Gradients, photos, your full brand palette. No setup fees and no minimum order quantity either.
Should I choose side walls or half walls?
Pick side walls when you want coverage, privacy, weather protection, or a backdrop. One wall or three, your call at checkout. Half walls work better when you want to define your booth space without closing it off. They're useful anywhere customers walk up directly.
What's the difference between single-sided and double-sided wall printing?
Single-sided puts graphics on the outside only. That works when your booth faces one direction. Double-sided prints both faces, worth the upcharge when people see your wall from behind as well.
How many people does setup take?
One person can do it. Two people make it faster, especially when attaching walls.
How should I store the canopy after an event?
Dry it completely before you fold and store it. Wet storage leads to mold, staining, and permanent creasing. Pack it back in the roller bag and it'll be ready to go next time.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production takes 2 business days after artwork approval. Delivery runs 5 to 7 business days. Need it sooner? Reach out before ordering and we'll tell you what's realistic.

Great Find

Cute, comfortable, colorful have soft straps. I was very surprised by the both the quality and comfort of these Flip Flops. The price is so affordable that I bought several pairs in other colors. They are light weight, have ample arch support, fit true to size and can be worn with jeans, short or a casual dress. They really do look just as good as any of the high-priced brands.

Overall, these are some of the most comfortable flip flops I have owned, and would buy again.

I was so happy with these KuaiLu Flip Flops that I bought two more pair, one in black and one in brown! They were comfortable right out of the box and did not need any break-in time. The arch support is excellent and gives my feet much better support than regular flip flops. They are also light weight, well made, and cute enough to wear with many different outfits. The soles have good traction, and they feel sturdy when walking.

Nice Flip Flops for the Price!

I just received my flip flops and tried them on, and they have a nice cushiony feel to them. The white color matches many of my outfits great. And while the fit is generally good, they could be a bit wider as I have wide feet. But they still feel comfortable.

runs big
Size: 7.5, Color: Camel
I am always a size 8 in boots, sandals, sneakers and read these ran large so ordered a size 7.5. They are still too big on me. I sent back for a 7 and I will update when I get those. They are very, very cute and comfortable! I love the cloth that goes over the foot!! That makes them seem a bit more fancy than regular flip flops. They also do sound like regular flip flops, so if you want a quiet sandal these are not for you. They are very cushioned and I can def feel the arch support. You will need to size down at least half size and maybe one whole size. The hardest thing for me was to pick a color! May have to get several pair! Just ordered my mom the dark blue and I know she will love them!!! Highly recommend, especially for the low price!
Update: Got the 7 and are still too big. As I said, I got my mom the 6 so I tried them on and they are still a tad too big on me!!! BTW the sizes 8,7.5,7 and the 6 I can hardly see any difference whatsoever! They don't come in 5 1/2 so I am sending the 7 back for a 6 and keeping those just because they are so darn cute and comfortable! I also don't have a very thick foot so I wish the straps were a tad tighter, but I will deal with it. So, to sum up: Be sure to size down at least one size and maybe even two. Returns are easy, so maybe try a few different sizes! I haven't worn a size 6 since I was in about the 6th grade, so not sure what is going on with the sizing. Oh yeah, I did get three different colors and the sizing was the same with all three. HTH! Good luck!

Super comfortable from the first wear! Unique soles

My husband actually picked these shoes out and bought them for me without my knowledge for a vacation we were going on. When I discovered he had bought me some sandals I assumed they would likely be super uncomfortable, too narrow, weird looking etc lol. I definitely didn’t give him enough credit. I absolutely love these shoes! They are incredibly comfortable! They match pretty much everything. The bow at the toes is so cute! The soles are a very cool sturdy and hard almost wood like material, while also feeling like a dream to wear. I ended up wearing them with my bathing suits, my shorts, my sundresses and even a couple of dressy outfits! I pretty much kept them on the whole vacation and ignored the 10 other pairs I wasted time and space packing. I don’t know what it is with these shoes but even o. Days we were walking really long distances at the beach or on days I was running all over the cruise boat from dusk til dawn, I never once felt uncomfortable in these and felt just the opposite in fact. I often get achey feet too; but it didn’t happen with these. Whether I was strolling the deck, dancing in the club, or standing waiting in long buffet lines, these shoes had me feeling fancy free and footloose.
